Your information
Privacy policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
We only ask for what we need to answer your request, and we use it for nothing else. Here's what you need to know, in plain words.
Who is responsible for your information
Avenco, a construction and renovation contractor based in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec (RBQ licence 5755-0881-01). The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Avenco's head of business. To reach them: info@avenco.ca or 450-905-0767.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form: your name, your phone number and, if you choose to give them, your email, the project city, the type of project, your timing and your message. When you call or email us: whatever you choose to tell us.
Why
To call you back, understand your project and prepare a quote. That's it. Your information is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.
How it travels
The form reaches us by email, in Avenco's inbox. On the way, it goes through service providers: our website host (Cloudflare), our email delivery service (Resend) and our email system (Microsoft 365). These providers may store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. They process it on our behalf, under their own privacy commitments.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. We may measure site traffic anonymously, without cookies and without identifying you. Our host processes your IP address only to serve the pages and protect the site. Your browser only keeps a small technical note so the opening animation doesn't replay.
How long we keep it
As long as it takes to handle your request. If you become a client, as long as your file requires and the law obliges us to, for example for accounting and warranties.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. Email us at info@avenco.ca and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
